The bespoke service consists of several consultations with Roja Dove in the private salon on the arcade’s first floor, for customers to discover their perfect fragrance created only for them, as individual as their fingerprint. Their unique scent will reflect their personality, image and personal tastes. Each fragrance will be hand-finished in a personalised luxurious presentation at Burlington Arcade, with the option to have the customer’s family crest or name engraved onto a gold-finished plaque applied to the bottle, which comes topped with a crystal-encrusted, gold-coated cap, presented in a handmade silk-lined box. The Roja Dove bespoke service for home, at Burlington Arcade, includes porcelain or golden plaque candles and reed diff users, all handmade celebrating the best of traditional artisanal craftsmanship.
